FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device for combined effect of electric pulse and mechanical effect on human body tissues and muscles, it comprises retaining element in the form of a plate of preset thickness and a handle connected to it in the form of an elongated body, made of elastic materials. On one side the first pad is attached to the retaining element, from the front surface of which the pyramidal or cone-shaped massage elements protrude, and on the opposite side to the retaining element a second pad is attached, from the front surface of which cone-shaped electrostimulating elements protrude, the contact end surface of which is made in the form of a spherical segment from current-conducting material. Electrical insulation is made between contact end surfaces, and contact end surface of each electrostimulating element is made with possibility of connection to electric pulse source. At that, massage elements and cone-shaped electrostimulating elements are made with possibility of impacts on patient’s tissues and friction against surface tissues, and source of electric pulses, one pole of which is made with possibility of connection with contact end surfaces, and other pole is made with possibility of connection with part of patient’s body, or said one pole is made with possibility of connection with part of contact end surfaces, and said other pole is made with possibility of connection with other contact end surfaces. Electric pulse source is configured to supply an electric pulse with a predetermined duration when the electric circuit is closed through the patient's body. Method of combined action of electric pulse and mechanical action on tissues and muscles of human body, it involves rhythmic percussion massage of human body tissues and muscles with the help of the second pad of the device.

EFFECT: application of the given group of inventions will make it possible, without injuring, to carry out combined, combined effect of electric pulse and mechanical shock.
