FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: burner includes a housing with an adjustable air intake, which is connected to the coaxial main and peripheral air supply channels, a unit for dividing the inlet gas flow with a mist trap installed on the inputs of the coaxial central and peripheral gas supply channels, a mixing head installed at the outlet. Adjustable air intake is made in the form of channels with blades. Fan is installed at the inlet of the controlled air intake. Unit for dividing the inlet gas flow is made with the possibility of adjusting the gas supply to the central and peripheral gas supply channels. Droplet trap is equipped with a slotted or meshed droplet separator, upper and lower outlet channels connected to the central and peripheral gas supply channels, respectively. Droplet trap is made with possibility of changing the position of the droplet separator with the lower and upper outlet channels relative to the housing. Mixing head can be completely or partially disconnected from the housing. Central and peripheral channels of gas supply are equipped with swirlers, at the outlet of which there are discharge tubes located in the main channel of air supply. Mixing head is equipped with air swirlers coming from main and peripheral air supply channels. Mixing head is equipped with mixer and afterburner with holes connected by adjusting element. Holes of the mixer and the afterburner are made with the possibility of installation of nozzles.
EFFECT: increasing combustion completeness of fuel containing gas condensate and/or oil in liquid phase, excluding flame stripping.
