SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating an infectious disease of microbial aetiology, to the use of one of the compositions for preventing and/or treating an infectious disease of microbial etiology in a subject and to a method for preparing it. Disclosed compositions include a therapeutically or prophylactically effective amount methanesulphonate (5Z)-5-[(4-chlorophenyl)methylidene]-3-(2-{4-[2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-2-hydroxy-3-(1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)propyl]piperazin-1-yl}-2-oxoethyl)-1,3-thiazolidine-2,4-dione and modified β-cyclodextrin in molar ratio of 1:2-1:5, where modified β-cyclodextrin is 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin or sulphobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides creating compositions characterized by high solubility, stability and efficacy, suitable for oral and parenteral administration.
