SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of organic compounds, pharmacology and medicine. Disclosed is a new chemical compound, which is (Z)-(5-(4-chlorobenzylidene)-3-(2-(4-((2R,3R)-3-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-hydroxy-4-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butan-2-yl)piperazin-1-yl)-2-oxoethyl)thiazolidine-2,4-dione and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, characterized by high antifungal activity. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition and use thereof as an antifungal agent.
EFFECT: experiments have shown that the disclosed compound is active against many strains of fungi, including those resistant to commercial azole preparations.
