AIRLIFT-JETTING PROJECTILE Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC E21C45/00 E21B43/29

Abstract RU 2831690 C1

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used in borehole hydraulic mining of minerals. Airlift-jetting projectile includes a pulp-lifting column, an air supply column, a water supply column coaxially located inside the air supply column and rigidly connected to it, as well as a manifold and a tee for supplying air, water and removing the pulp, which are installed with possibility of their independent rotation relative to the air supply column and the pulp-lifting column by means of sealing assemblies for sealing the annular space and bearing supports. Projectile includes rotary and water jet shafts. All columns, tee and manifold, as well as rotary and water jet shafts in transport position are located coaxially to each other. Rotary shaft consists of ball rotary links and is connected on one side with the lower end of the water supply column, and on the other side – with the water jet shaft made with possibility of turning only in the vertical plane due to the fact that on the ball links there are two parallel planes, parallel walls of the guide channel and the process gap between them. Upper ball link of the rotary shaft is made non-separable and has flushing radial holes directed at an angle towards the outlet of the water jet shaft. All other ball links are collapsible from two halves connected to each other by bolt connections. At the bottom of the pulp-lifting column there are fixed cutters for grinding oversized pieces of rock, and above them inside the pulp-lifting column there is a built-in pulp guide branch pipe with longitudinal pulp inlet holes located opposite it along the perimeter, above them there is a built-in guide channel with an external longitudinal hole in the pulp-lifting column, through which the water jet shaft is output to the outside, and a hole through which the water supply column passes. In the lower part of the air supply column there are radial aeration holes for air outlet, which are directed at an angle towards the pulp outlet.

EFFECT: increasing the productivity and reliability of the airlift-jetting projectile during borehole mining of minerals.
