FIELD: shoes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of soles for shoes, namely to a method of producing shoe soles from rubber by cold casting of latex into moulds from a polymer, which includes the following steps: development of 3D model of the sole and a mould for its casting, which includes a mould bottom and a mould cover, in which there are two sprues operating on the principle of communicating vessels, and it is made from a light-curable polymer on 3D printer; preparing a mixture of a latex emulsion with a dispersion of a vulcanising group; pouring the mixture into a polymer mould through one of two sprues located in the mould cover until the mixture comes to the surface through the second sprue, until a flash is formed along the entire perimeter of the sole; mould with mixture is heated to 70 °C and held at this temperature for partial vulcanisation of the mixture and its transition into a gel-like state; removing the gel-like semi-finished product from the mould by the flash under water; holding the semi-finished product in water for a day at room temperature with subsequent cutting of sprues; drying the semi-finished product in the drying chamber for 3 days at 50 °C; flash cutting to produce finished sole.

EFFECT: this method makes it possible to make a sole of any shape and geometry with preservation of the sole integrity when it is removed from the mould, and also allows to obtain a sole with any bead height.
