FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of modernizing a combat vehicle. Proposed method consists in equipping onboard equipment including commander sighting and observation complex, digital ballistic computer, thermal imaging sight, gunner sight, target tracking automatic device, armament stabilizer and automatic loader hardware. Ballistic computer is electrically connected to tank speed sensor, roll sensor, wind sensor, cosine potentiometer. Ballistic computer is equipped with a set of weather sensors. Namely: ambient air temperature sensor, barometric pressure sensor, charge temperature sensor. Electrical signals of the sensors, by means of a microprocessor, together with signals of a tank speed sensor, a roll sensor, a wind sensor, a cosine potentiometer, provide automatic recording of actual weather ballistic parameters.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of combat use of weapons.
