FIELD: control and measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation and is intended for diagnostics of inner surface of rotating pipelines, in particular, ship shafting. Device consists of main and auxiliary parts made in cylindrical bodies. Parts of the device are connected to each other by means of a threaded bushing and contain an electric generator with a suspension with a load fixed on its shaft, a charger, a power supply and a microcontroller. Main part of the device additionally contains means for transmitting information to the microcontroller of the auxiliary part, a running servo machine with a gearing connected to the threaded bushing, a data transceiver, a system of diagnostic sensors and a servo machine of the system of diagnostic sensors. Auxiliary part of the device additionally contains means for receiving information from the microcontroller of the main part. On bodies of each part there are two groups of spring-loaded ball bearings. Ball bearings farthest relative to the threaded bushing are made with braking shoes.
EFFECT: complete autonomy of the device for diagnostics of the internal surface of the pipeline, capable of functioning inside the pipelines rotating in an arbitrary direction and with an arbitrary speed.
