SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology. Vision screening system includes a portable vision screener, a docking station and a computer. Vision test device is a spherical demonstration screen made inside a spherical housing equipped with an inspection window, fixed on a handle, on the surface of which there is a button for confirming the visibility of test patterns displayed on the screen. Docking station has a connector for installing a vision test device and is additionally equipped with a speaker, a control panel with a display and a fingerprint scanner, as well as connectors for connecting to a power supply network, a computer and a slot for installing a card which enables to record encrypted data. Characteristics of the computer make it possible to install on it and use special software and/or a messenger supporting a chat bot to interact with a vision test device and a docking station. All elements of the system are equipped with modules for receiving and transmitting data over a wireless network for data exchange with each other.

EFFECT: development of a mobile system for eye examination with simultaneous provision of higher accuracy of detection of latent eye pathologies and neurological diseases leading to degradation of visual perception, including glaucoma and multiple sclerosis, taking into account the anatomical features of the structure of the patient's face; as well as increased safety of data storage and transmission.
