FIELD: welding production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding and can be used in devices for stabilization of wire feed rate in wire feed mechanism of electric arc plant. Device comprises a wire speed sensor, a first adder and series-connected speed and current controllers and a wire feed mechanism motor power amplifier, wherein first adder first input is connected with wire speed setter while its second input is connected with wire speed sensor output. Device is equipped with a second adder and a real differentiating link, the input of which is connected to the output of the wire speed sensor, and the output is connected to the second input of the second adder, wherein the first input of the second adder is connected through the corresponding amplifier to the output of the first adder, and the output of the second adder is connected to the input of the said speed controller. Transfer coefficient and the time constant of the real differentiating link are selected from the condition of providing the monotonous nature of the transient process at permissible fluctuations of wire speed of not more than 0.05% of its nominal value for time of not more than 0.01 s at any type of disturbance.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows to improve the quality of welding.
