FIELD: powder metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to equipment for producing fine metal powders. The device for producing finely dispersed metal powder includes a device for feeding a metal wire to the plasma spraying zone, a device for preheating the wire, at least one plasma torch and a reactor. The device for preheating the wire contains the first and second induction heaters, each of which is equipped with a temperature controller for heating the wire, depending on the consumed current. The second induction heater is installed at a distance to homogenize the structure of the wire material from the plasma sputtering zone. Temperature controllers are controlled by a control unit made with ability to regulate the heating temperature of the wire depending on the speed of its feeding into the plasma spraying zone. A device for ensuring the alignment of the wire and induction heaters is installed in front of the pre-heating device. After the preheating device, a movable electrical contact is placed to create an electric arc between the consumable wire and the anode in the reactor.

EFFECT: improved quality of the resulting powder.
