FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for intensifying oil and gas production by pumping carbon dioxide into oil and gas formations and a complex for its implementation. Method includes simultaneous or alternating injection of CO2 and a complex composition consisting of a solvent, a corrosion inhibitor, hydrocarbon gases in the following % ratio of components to the volume of the main active substance CO2, hydrocarbon solvent – 10-30 vol.%, corrosion inhibitor for protection of process equipment against carbon dioxide or hydrogen sulphide corrosion – 1-10 vol.%, hydrocarbon gases – 10-20 vol.%. Pumping of required volume of CO2 and complex composition into formation is performed by means of plunger pump providing intake of liquid CO2 from service tank lower part, and its supply to the pressure increase evaporator, where CO2 is heated, transition into the gas phase and the required injection pressure into the formation. Injection of CO2 is carried out with pressure below the formation fracture gradient, volumetric flow rate is from 0.1 to 200 tons per hour at CO2 temperature from plus 3 to plus 100 °C. After pumping required volume of CO2 and said complex composition, CO2 is forced from the tubing string into the formation using said complex composition. After that, process exposure is performed and after completion of the exposure process, hydrocarbons are extracted. Disclosed complex is used when implementing the method.
EFFECT: increasing production of hydrocarbons from oil and gas productive formations and development of deposits by means of injection of carbon dioxide into the formation by means of a complex providing optimum and safe injection mode.
