FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed technical solution relates to oil and gas industry, namely to devices for pumping liquid carbon dioxide into oil producing well. Mobile complex for pumping liquid carbon dioxide into an oil producing well includes a thermoregulated car tank with liquid carbon dioxide, high-pressure plunger pump and a system for automatic monitoring and control of pressure and temperature in the liquid carbon dioxide discharge line. Thermally controlled automobile tank is configured to pumping liquid carbon dioxide by means of a high pressure plunger pump, which drive is diesel generator, made with possibility of its exhaust gases inlet into heat exchanger and heating in it with exhaust gases of liquid carbon dioxide to 50–90 °C in delivery line, and plunger pump of high pressure provides pumping of working agent into line at pressure of 10–30 MPa, and which is equipped with automatic control panel of pumping process. When pumping working agent from thermoregulated automobile tank liquid carbon dioxide when critical pressure of carbon dioxide reaches Pcr=7.38 MPa and critical temperature Tcr=31.1 °C changes over to state of supercritical fluid in high pressure line, and injection pressure of carbon dioxide Pinj CO2 is in range: higher than critical pressure Pcr=7.38 MPa, but less than formation fracturing pressure, but not more than 0.75Pform fr. Mobile complex additionally includes independent mobile installation of type CA-320, equipped with mixer of components by means of centrifugal pump and high pressure pump up to 20 MPa, made with possibility of pumping through independent pumping line to production well of fringe of components or their mixtures.

EFFECT: technical solution reduces power consumption, eliminates the risk of formation of gas hydrates, intensifies extraction of hard-to-recover reserves of high-viscosity oil.
