FIELD: machine building; agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular, to tillage rollers. Tillage roller is a hollow cylinder equipped with axis 1. Ribs 2 are evenly arranged along the circumference, installed along a helical line and connect vertical discs 3. On both ends of axis 1 there are movably installed L-shaped fasteners 4 consisting of two rigidly interconnected plates. Some of them are connected to each other by means of additional axis 5 installed with possibility of rotation, at the ends of which there are installed pulleys 6, and on other plates with possibility of rotation there installed is auxiliary axis 7, at one end of which there is installed pulley 6, and at the other end – sprocket 8. Pulleys 6 of each attachment 4 are interconnected by belt transmission 9. Teeth of sprocket 8 engage with ribs 2. On additional axis 5 auxiliary disks 10 are installed. Rings 11 with toothed surface are installed on the edge of auxiliary disks 10. Teeth of rings 11 are made in the form of identical triangular prisms installed in parallel to each other. Distance between rings 11 and the width of the rings are equal to the maximum size of the soil lump specified by the agrotechnical requirements. Diameter of circle passing along tops of teeth of rings 11 is less than distance from axis 1 to inner surface of ribs 2. Distance between the tops of the teeth of rings 11 is equal to half the maximum size of the soil lump specified by the agrotechnical requirements.

EFFECT: higher quality of soil compaction and crumbling of soil lumps.
