SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food industry and veterinary science and represents a method for production of dry cat fodder, which consists in the fact that components are taken and uniformly mixed, then the mixture is moistened and heated, then, the granules are prepared and dried until the moisture content of the product is not higher than 8%, then the granules are coated with chicken fat and a liquid antioxidant, after which the granules are coated with a liquid spray and a dry spray, then the product is cooled, packaged and packaged; the components are taken in the following ratio of the weight of the mixture before its drying, %: pea flour or peas 17.88-20.16; rice flour or rice 31.96-36.04; chicken meat and/or meat-and-bone meal (16% ash) 23.5-26.5; turkey meat and/or meat-and-bone meal (16% ash) 3.76-4.24; cattle meat and/or meat-and-bone meal (16% ash) 3.76-4.24; meal of black soldier fly larvae 7.52-8.48; egg powder 2.82-3.18; autolysate of brewer's yeast 1.88-2.12; porcine blood plasma 0.94-1.06; premix 1.60-1.80; yucca extract 0.05; inulin 0.28-0.32; beet food fibres 0.85-0.95; potassium salt 0.56-0.64; taurine 0.38-0.42; dry antioxidant 0.05.
