SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to animal breeding and veterinary science, and can be used to correct animal metabolism, to reduce their incidence, increase productivity and stability in conditions of negative environmental factors (stress, toxic substances, etc.). In order to expand the range of such agents, a sorption-metabolic fodder additive for monogastric animals and birds, which improves digestion processes, has a sorption and moderate antimicrobial action in the gastrointestinal tract, has hepatotropic and antioxidant properties. Sorption-metabolic fodder additive for monogastric animals and birds includes peat-sapropel concentrate, dihydroquercetin, acid maize dextrin and finely dispersed diatomite powder, dihydroquercetin and acid corn dextrin are used at ratio of 3:1, peat-sapropel concentrate and a mixture of dihydroquercetin and acid corn dextrin are used at ratio of 1:84, and a mixture of peat-sapropel concentrate, dihydroquercetin and acid corn dextrin with finely dispersed diatomite powder at ratio of 1:1.

EFFECT: sorption-metabolic fodder additive for monogastric animals and birds improves digestion processes, has sorption and moderate antimicrobial action in the gastrointestinal tract, has hepatotropic and antioxidant properties.
