FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to a method for feeding broiler chickens. Method of feeding includes complete feed and watering. Natural antioxidants in an emulsified form based on a composition of turmeric and dihydroquercetin are dissolved in drinking water in dose of 0.76-1.25 l per 1,000 l of water from day old to 14 days of age and from 28 days to the end of growing, including the period of pre-slaughtering maintenance birds.
EFFECT: use of the invention will allow reducing the negative effect of heat stress on productivity and safety of broilers, improving the sanitary quality of drinking water in the drinking system, as well as improving the quality of meat products of broiler chickens during storage.
