FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is X-ray unit for operation in field conditions, which refers to medical equipment and is intended for diagnostics of injuries in field conditions. It comprises a microfocus X-ray source with an effective focal spot size of about 0.1 mm, mounted on a board with an opening which is aligned with the output window of the radiation source. Board is part of the platform provided with the possibility of movement along the tubular metal frame, and the board itself is installed with the possibility of movement across the frame. Distance between the frame supports in one dimension is not less than the width of the sanitary stretcher, and in the other – mutually perpendicular dimension, in proportion to the length of the sanitary stretcher.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of rapid X-ray imaging of any part of the body of the diagnostic object in the field.
