LIMITER FOR CHILD'S CHAIR Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A47D15/00 

FIELD: furniture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to children’s furniture. Limiter for a child’s chair comprises an arc-shaped enclosing frame with dimensions as per the dimensions of the child’s chair seat, having a post in the middle for resting against the front edge of the seat. Limiter also contains two symmetrical side fixtures intended for installation on side posts of a child’s chair. Each side attachment has a through hole to accommodate the corresponding end of the enclosing frame. At the ends of the enclosing frame on the lower side there are grooves for fixing the selected depth of insertion of these ends into the through holes of the side fasteners. Besides, the limiter comprises a table with side extensions to be mounted on the enclosing frame. On lateral sides of enclosing frame there are projections, and on ends of side extensions of table there are cutouts intended for placement of projections of enclosing frame in them. Table on the lower side is provided with recesses for its placement on the back side of the child’s chair on the ends of the enclosing frame protruding from the side fasteners. Limiter additionally contains a removable pad intended for installation on the back of a child’s chair with fixation on the side fixtures. In the removable pad there are slots for securing the ends of safety belts in them.

EFFECT: increasing ease of use by providing the ability to attach the removed table to a chair.
