FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has base made of two U-shaped frames rigidly connected to each other and mounted on four wheels provided with locking members. Arm rest and embracing unit are mounted on the base by means of uprights. The embracing unit is designed as corset or closed frame with soft seat. The members are interchangeable. The training unit allows some members to be detachable depending on medical and social rehabilitation method. The training unit is provided with removable tables usable for carrying out various social and domestic functions like taking meals, writing, reading, performing small-scale motility movements of hands and chair with elongated back having fixing belt and plastic vessel.
