SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna equipment, namely to receiving-transmitting magnetic antennae. As a magnetic conductor of the receiving-transmitting magnetic antenna, a hollow tubular cylinder with an inductance coil wound on it and made of amorphous tape materials is used, wherein the receiving-transmitting magnetic antenna of the apparatus is part of its housing structure and is protected from the external environment by a dielectric layer, wherein the diameter of the magnetic antenna is selected so that after applying the dielectric layer to the magnetic antenna, the diameter of the layer corresponds to the outer diameter of the apparatus.

EFFECT: increase in the range of action of the receiving-transmitting magnetic antenna of air, ground and underwater vehicles with a cylindrical shape of the body of an arbitrary size, functioning independently or remotely controlled, with preservation of useful space inside the body of the apparatus for arrangement of radioelectronic equipment and instruments.
