SUBSTANCE: laminated panel includes face U-shaped bearing posts made of reinforced concrete with embedded bent-sheet air conduits which are monolithically united with perforated diaphragms. Tubular perforated aid conduit located in extended zone of panel contacting center layer of large-pore material is made fast to them. External layer produced from dense concrete is monolithically integrated with heat-and air-impermeable interlayer and bent-sheet air conduits is additionally protected by heat insulation interlayer of sputtered foam plastic. Air holes with adjustable lattices are provided in upper zone of internal bearing layer. EFFECT: prolonged service life, durability, crack resistance and stiffness of both individual panels and the whole of wall fence. 9 cl, 5 dwg
