FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing polymer composite filter materials with ion-exchange properties. Disclosed is a method of producing a nonwoven fibrous composite filter material with ion-exchange properties from 15–25% solution of a copolymer of caprolactam and hexamethylene diamine adipate in ethyl alcohol and aqueous 1% colloidal solution of hematite stabilized with 15% sodium alkyl sulphonate in mixture with 15% formalin, wherein the material is formed by an electrospinning method, in which a solution of a copolymer of caprolactam and hexamethylene diamine adipate in ethyl alcohol is fed to an electroconductive die with a high-voltage direct current source, located above the bath, which is an electrode with an opposite charge with an aqueous colloidal solution of hematite, stabilized by sodium alkyl sulphonate in a mixture with formalin.
EFFECT: obtaining a fibrous filter material with a highly developed system of pores, which provides high porosity and low electrical resistance, as well as with increased exchange capacity.
