FIELD: pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preventing complications during transportation and further processing of gas and gas condensate. Invention can be used in gas production, gas processing, chemical and other industries, where it is required to automate the process of separating and trapping gas condensate during transportation of pumped products, as well as in certain areas of the terrain where condensate can form in gas pipelines. Automated condensate collector includes a pipeline section with an enclosing channel in the form of a case. In the lower part of the connecting bend there is a drain condensate line located in the enclosing channel and connected to the storage tank. Condensate discharge pipeline and a float sensor of the condensate level controlling the submersible pump are arranged in the storage tank. Condensate inlet to the pump is located at the bottom of the storage tank below the low level of operation of the sensor. At that, in order to prevent gas ingress into the pump, the low level of operation of the sensor exceeds the level of the inlet to the condensate pumping-out pipeline, and the condensate outlet from the pump is connected to the condensate pipeline.

EFFECT: automation of condensate removal from storage tank; making the enclosing channel in the form of a case simplifies the installation of the condensate collector on an already laid operating pipe; submersible pump design can simplify installation.
