FIELD: chemistry; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to chemistry and pharmaceutics, specifically to a multilayer thin film for preparing a drug for oral and/or transmucosal administration, to a method for production thereof and to its use for preparing a medicinal agent for oral and/or transmucosal administration. Disclosed film includes first and second matrix layers containing polyvinyl alcohol and located between them separating layer containing at least one polyethylene glycol with average molecular weight 95,000–105,000 g/mol in amount of 60 wt.% to 100 wt.%, wherein the first and/or second matrix layer contains at least one pharmaceutically active substance containing ketamine, and the separating layer is free from the active substance.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides strong connection of film layers to each other and prevention of migration of substances between separate layers.
