FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electromechanical transducers based on piezoelectric materials, specifically to piezoelectric actuators for use in micromechanics, controlled optics, sensor equipment, acoustics, particularly in making sensors and emitters. Piezoelectric actuator includes a piezoelectric layer between two electrodes interacting through this layer of an extended two-wire current-conducting line with external outputs for connection to electrodes of electric voltage. First electrode is made in the form of an electroconductive core, the piezoelectric layer is made in the form of a concentric cylindrical coating of the electroconductive core with formation of a coil of a flexible single-core cable. Second electrode is made in the form of electroconductive polymer binder, which impregnates the coil, polymerizes and, as a result, bonds the coil turns with dense laying of a single-core cable into a single whole – a monolithic composite fibrous piezoelectric actuator with an external electrically insulating coating.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of piezoelectric actuator.
