SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composition for making parts of a nanomembrane reactor, as well as to a method of producing parts of a nanomembrane reactor, which can be used in devices for producing biodiesel fuel by re-esterification of vegetable oils. Composition for making parts of a nanomembrane reactor contains the following components: 14 wt.% N,N-dimethylformamide, 4 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride, 4 wt.% vinylidene fluoride copolymer with tetrafluoroethylene and 78 wt.% acetone. Method of producing parts of nanomembrane reactor involves preparing a spinning solution from a mixture of said composition dissolved for 6 hours at temperature of 80 °C. Produced spinning solution is fed at rate of 10 ml/h for 2 hours to a cylindrical aluminium header located between two opposed injectors, at header rotation speed of 400 rpm, voltage between injector and header of 25 kV and distance from injector nozzle to header of 90 mm. Header together with the part formed on it is held in a chamber furnace at temperature of 100 °C for 12 hours, removed from the furnace, cooled at room temperature, impregnated with ethyl alcohol, the formed part is separated from the collector and placed in a chamber furnace, where it is held at temperature of 60 °C for 12 hours.

EFFECT: invention discloses a composition and a method for making parts of a nanomembrane reactor.
