FIELD: technological processes; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a spinning solution for producing polymer nanofibres with capillary-free electroforming and high-efficiency fibrous filter materials, in particular to fibrous materials with a filter nanomembrane of multicomponent nanofibres, which can be used at power plants enterprises, including nuclear power plants for protection of expensive units (turbines), gas turbine and gas-compressor plants against premature wear and destruction. Spinning solution for producing polymer nanofibre by capillary-free electroforming contains a mixture of at least two polymer materials in organic solvents. At least one of the polymer materials, which is a binder, has a softening start temperature lower than that of all other polymer materials. Mixture contains a surfactant, an antifoaming agent and a viscosity stabilizer. As a surfactant, the solution contains polyethylene glycol mono(tetramethylbutanol) phenyl ether, or polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, or a mixture of mono- and diesters of phosphoric acid and ethoxylated alcohols. Filtration material comprises a layer of polymer nanofibres arranged on a substrate, obtained by capillary-free electroforming from spinning solution. Fiber diameter is 30–600 nm, pore size between fibers is 0.2–0.6 mcm, fiber laying density is 0.2–4 g/m2. Substrate is made with possibility of performing prefilter function with pore size of not less than 50 mcm and is connected to nanofibre layer by polymer adhesive solution and/or powdered hot-melt polymer composition.
EFFECT: providing filtration efficiency from dust particles and aerosols with size of 0_3–0_4 mcm within 85–95 % at high air permeability of 180–250 mm/s at 200 Pa and strength of filtering material.
