FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a textile non-woven electric-spinning material with multicomponent modifying additives obtained by electrospinning from a spinning solution containing one or more active modifying additives, wherein the active modifying additive is pre-deposited on a fine dielectric porous material selected from: diatomite, tripoli, zeolite, pearlite, vermiculite, kaolin clay, microsilica, microcalcite, micro dolomite or any mixture thereof. Application of active additives is performed by mixing of true solutions of additives with fine porous dielectric filler in the form of suspension with further drying of material with continuous mixing of suspension under residual vacuum of 100 mm Hg. and less and temperature of up to 60 °C. Then, the obtained additive is ground on a mechanically activating mill of fine grinding to an average particle size of 0.001–10 mcm and already in such form is introduced in form of a suspension in a spinning solution. Content of active substances (introduced in the form of a complex additive with a porous dielectric filler) in the nonwoven material fibers ranges from 0.1 to 35 % by weight. Disclosed technical solution enables to obtain electrically sputtered materials with more even inclusions of active substances in the thickness and/or on the surface of the fiber and add additives to the fibers in a wide range of concentrations. Such membranes are more effective in their action and / or can be more efficient in manufacturing.
EFFECT: obtained membranes can be used in production of medical, bandaging, special clothes and in other areas, where it is required to use materials with disinfecting and / or deodorising properties.
