FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used to implement logic functions in programmable logic integrated circuits (PLIC). Technical result is achieved due to introduction into programmable logic device of n units for connection of variables, first control input, second control input, a group of first control outputs, a second control output, a group of four transistors for controlling 2NOR element, a power supply input, group of 2n transistors for implementing a spacer, a transistor for disconnecting the spacer, a first input, a second input.
EFFECT: enabling selection of synchronization mode and implementation of calculation of two different logic functions from different variables in synchronous devices of PLIC.
