FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used in fault-tolerant, radiation-proof programmable logic integrated circuits (PLIC) for calculating logic functions. Device comprises a group of n inverters of variables, n groups, n is a number of input variables, main transmitting transistors are 2i, i=1, n transistors in the group, group of 2n inverters of adjustment, an output inverter, 2n+1-1 of subgroups of additional transmitting transistors for each of the main even and odd transistor of n groups of transmitting transistors consisting of three transistors. In each inverter of group of 2n inverters of adjustment, group of n inverters of variables, the output inverter there are three additional n-MOS transistors and three additional p-MOS transistors.
EFFECT: technical result is higher fault tolerance.
