SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining equipment. Mining machine comprises caterpillar running gear with central frame, conveyor transport section, rotary actuator with reduction gear, upper cutting device, on said conveyor transport section, a lifting unit is installed, including a bearing structure, on which a lower baffle-loading device with side cutters and a loading conveyor section are installed, said lifting unit is equipped with a lifting mechanism designed so that to enable simultaneous lifting of the said lower baffle-loading device and the loading section, the said loading section contains a bypass roller of the scraper chain. Said lifting section is mounted on conveyor transport section by means of horizontal hinge so that distance between axis of rotation of said bypass roller of scraper chain and axis of rotation of lower baffle-loading device remains constant during movement of said lifting unit.

EFFECT: improved operational capabilities of the combine, increased efficiency of the mining combine.
