FIELD: mining equipment.

SUBSTANCE: mining machine includes a caterpillar running gear with a central frame, a conveyor, an actuator with two rotating rotors fixed on a bearing structure, including a reduction gear, and equipped with a cutting tool, lower cutting-loading device with cutters for mechanical treatment of lower surfaces of rock mass, upper cutting device. Said rotors are driven by motors by said reduction gear mounted on said frame to displace vertically by vertical support hydraulic cylinders and guides. Said lower cutting-loading device is coupled with bearing structure or housing of said rotor drive to allow independent vertical displacement. Operation of the lower cutting-loading device is carried out by means of drive units, which include electric motors and reduction gears, which are not kinematically connected to the above drive of rotors and located to the left and to the right of the specified reduction gear of rotors in front of the specified vertical support hydraulic cylinders.
