FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and can be used in the preparation of inverse emulsions used as process fluids when killing oil and gas wells, acid treatment of the bottomhole formation zone, q installation of "liquid packers" in oil and gas wells in high temperature conditions. Method involves preparation of an aqueous solution of a chloride salt by mechanical mixing of a calculated amount of the chloride salt in water until complete dissolution. Oil-soluble emulsifier is added to the hydrocarbon phase, the hydrocarbon phase with the dissolved emulsifier and an aqueous solution of a chloride salt are fed into a cavitation homogeniser, and the mixture is then mixed with ultrasonic dispersion for stabilization.

EFFECT: improved physicochemical and rheological properties of the inverse emulsion, namely increased electrical stability and thermal stability.
