FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in downhole oil production by installations of rod downhole pumps. The hydraulic drive of the rod borehole pump includes a power hydraulic cylinder and a balancing cargo-hydraulic accumulator, the stem cavities of which are connected by means of a pipeline as communicating vessels, a pumping station with an adjustable volumetric pump and tank, a safety valve, hydraulic valves and control and measuring equipment connected to an intelligent control unit. The hydraulic drive is equipped with an auxiliary double-acting hydraulic cylinder with high and low-pressure cavities. The high-pressure cavity is connected through a check valve to the stem cavities of the power hydraulic cylinder and the cargo-hydraulic accumulator, and through the hydraulic distributor to an adjustable volumetric pump. The low-pressure cavity is connected by a hydraulic distributor to an adjustable volumetric pump and tank.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying the design and improving the reliability of the hydraulic drive of the rod borehole pump.
