FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the equipment for the heated raised floor for the operated roofs and terraces, which provides melting of snow and ice, and can be used for improvement of terraces and roofs in regions with abundant solid precipitation, where winter maintenance is necessary (removal of snow). System of heated coating for operated roofs and terraces, providing melting of snow and ice, contains a plurality of height-adjustable supports installed on the surface of the construction base, multiple fasteners of clips fixed on upper part of each support, frame from aluminium logs, including upper and lower slots, multiple connecting elements, multiple heated tiles. Wherein clip fasteners are snapped onto lower slots of aluminium logs. Plurality of connecting elements are made in the form of a rubberized plastic disc and include fasteners-latches located on the lower side for fixing the connecting element to the upper slots of the aluminium log, vertical thrusts arranged on the upper side in the form of a cross, a central hole used to attach the heated tiles to the connecting element and the log. Heated tiles are installed on top of multiple connection elements with formation of gap between adjacent tiles due to vertical stops made on upper surface of connection elements.
