FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: roofing shell, which is made represents roofing, up of strong, fire-resistant, light-weight material. This external shell is filled with minishells. Minishells are preliminarily filled with lighter-than-air gas and this ensures reliable prevention of leakage of lighter-than-air gas inside fire-resistant shell. Attached at top of fire-resistant shell are plates made of safety glass or plastic ceramics. Embedded in body of plates are current-conducting threads which are heated by electric power produced by wind-driven electric generators of known design arranged over perimeter of roofed structure. For reliable holding of roofing and fire-resistant shell from falling, and due to casual damage of roofing, use is made of safety facilities in the form of supports and ropes. Ends of ropes are attached to upper ends of supports. Middle parts of ropes are secured to upper part of roofing for its supporting from unpredicted actions including natural events.
