SUBSTANCE: invention relates to watch industry, namely to design of chaton in watches. Case chaton contains a stone and paired clamps located on its end part, at the same time the chaton is made with possibility of fixation on the watch case due to installation of paired clamps in the corresponding slots made on the watch case.
EFFECT: manufacture of a removable chaton, the shape of which will make it possible to install it directly into the watch case, and not into the watch mechanism plate, which in turn will provide a reduction in the total thickness of the watch; in addition, the chaton device provides the possibility of easy installation and removal of the stone for its height adjustment when assembling the watch; wherein the chaton is designed to provide a strong attachment in the watch case and at the same time with the possibility of its removal for adjusting the stone in height.
