Wheat bread enriched with apple flour contains high-grade bakery wheat flour, sand sugar, pressed bakery yeast, culinary food salt, drinking water, sunflower oil for lubrication of molds. Apple flour is represented by apple flour produced from dried apples. Components are used at the following ratio, wt.%: high-grade bakery wheat flour—56.85, apple flour—2.99, sand sugar—1.79, pressed bakery yeast—1.02, culinary food salt—1.32, drinking water—35.91, sunflower oil for mold lubrication—0.12.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce bread enriched with food fibers with improved organoleptic properties, vitamin and mineral compositions.
