SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radar and can be used in the organization of a space survey by a radar complex (RC), including a software-based radar station with an active phased array (APAR) operating in the "master" mode, and several (one or more). Regular review radars operating in the "slave" mode. In the claimed method, before starting the search for targets, the most difficult to detect or the most important type of aerial object (AO) with a known effective reflective surface is set (ERS). When searching for VO, the "slave" radars, taking into account the interference situation, evaluate their detection zone according to a given type of AO and transmit information about the coordinates of the scanned areas and the boundaries of the detection zone according to a given type of AO to the data bank of the "leading" radar program overview from APAR. Next, the areas in which an aerial object of a given type could be detected by a regular-view radar are calculated, the level of interference in the direction of sensing is preliminarily estimated, and the energy resource sufficient to detect a target with a known ERS is determined in the areas of space where the target. The regular review radar cannot be detected. The energy resource of the program-based radar from the RC is adaptively distributed to the sensing directions in which the aerial object cannot be detected by the regular-review radar. Thus, the radar detection zone within the field of view of the program review radar can be increased, taking into account the capabilities for detecting regular review radars.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the radar detection zone within the field of view of the program review radar.
