FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, production of fodders and fodder additives. Method for production of fodder protein from offal or flesh of raw cattle hides includes the following successive stages: raw material washing with water, raw material grinding to mince state with size of pieces of not more than 5 mm, raw material thermal treatment at temperature of 60-80 °C for at least 2 hours in water with a liquid coefficient of not less than 2, separation of protein mass from fat and its drying till moisture content is 20-35%, extrusion at pressure of 60-80 atm and temperature of 120-180 °C for 60-90 s, drying the obtained product, crushing and sieving the dried product to obtain a product in the form of a powder with particle size of not more than 1-2 mm.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain high-quality fodder protein from production wastes with an ecological approach.
