SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by sending first indication information, which indicates an open-loop power boost value used when the PUSCH (Uplink Channel) is sent based on the combined operation of a plurality of transmit-receive points (TRP), and this open-loop power boost value used when sending the PUSCH corresponds to different cooperative TRPs to which the PUSCH is sent, and, in response to the absence of a probing reference signal (SRS) resource indication (SRI) field in the first indication information, configuring and determining an OLPC parameter for one or more TRPs used by the terminal, when a terminal sends a PUSCH to a plurality of TRPs for joint processing, wherein the OLPC parameter includes a corresponding open-loop power boost value.

EFFECT: expansion of OLPC (open-loop power control) parameter for use of multiple TRP and its improvement to increase power, which improves OLPC power increase mechanism.
