SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and biochemistry, namely to toxicology and gastroenterology, and specifically to pancreoprotective agents in toxic destructive pancreatitis. Disclosed is use of peptide Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro to protect the pancreas from toxic effects.
EFFECT: increased pancreoprotective action in treatment and prevention of destructive changes of pancreas in terms of protection of exocrine cells and insular apparatus.
