SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Cultivator-subsoiler consists of a cutter with a mechanical drive, a frame in the lower part of which the working elements are fixed and which in the front part is attached to the agricultural machine. In the rear part the frame comprises the attachment of the parallelogram hinge to the milling cutter with a mechanical drive. Frame in the front lower part in the direction of movement of the agricultural machine is made with at least two support wheels. Side or end levelling plates are installed on sides or ends of the cutter body.

EFFECT: enabling implementation of the possibility of joint use of the device with an agricultural machine without positional control of the three-point hitch with simultaneous provision of resource-saving integrated soil treatment and high accuracy of adjusting the depth of the working members of the device, due to which the device performs all works on preparing the soil for sowing in one pass, also provides stability of soil treatment depth at large angles of entry and exit of agricultural machine, lateral stability of device, reduced load on rear axle of agricultural machine and impact load on working elements of the device.
