SUBSTANCE: detachable comb of combing equipment includes a plate with a curved transverse profile, along the length of which there are working surfaces perpendicular to the base of the slot, and teeth sharpened in the upper part. At the end of the working surface there is platform (6) for attachment of the detachable comb to the rotor of the stripping equipment. On the outer side of the working surface of the profile there are stiffening ribs adjacent to it and following the cross-section of the profile. Detachable comb is made in the form of two superimposed rigidly fixed by welding curved plates of the same crescent-shaped profile, which is a handle with a rounded working surface with a bend radius (R) with stretched external and compressed internal surfaces in the area of bending of the working surface of the comb profile. Outer plate performs the function of stiffening rib, and its length and width in the zone of working surface of plate profile is less than length and width of working surface of plate profile by value of welding leg along the whole profile. Platform (6) for attachment of detachable comb to combing equipment rotor is formed at the end of working surface of comb due to difference in lengths (b) and (b1) of rectilinear parts of inner and outer plates and is made in the form of U-shaped channel-shaped profile with height H along the entire length of the comb, which is determined by the width of the rectangular pipe, which is the base of the outer surface of the rotor for fixing the comb by the method of two groups – girth from above and on the sides and tightening by screws along the whole length of the pipe. Distance between the teeth of the comb is determined by the type of the harvested crop, and the bending angle of the tooth of the profile of the working surface of the comb α is less than 90 degrees.

EFFECT: higher reliability of combing equipment and, as a result, higher quality of harvesting grain crops.
