FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials based on a crude mixture from by-products of inorganic production. Crude mixture for making building blocks contains cement, quartz sand, a filler, a hardener/maturity accelerator and water. Filler is a mixture of by-products of inorganic production, which includes calcium and magnesium carbonates, calcium sulphate and calcium hydroxide, silicon dioxide and sesquioxides (R2O3). Hardener/maturity accelerator of the binder is sodium liquid glass with density of 1.38-1.45 g/cm3 and silicate modulus of 2.5-3.2. Ratio of components is as follows, wt.%: cement – 5-15; quartz sand – 20-50; filler – 25-45; liquid glass – up to 5; water – the rest up to 100%.
EFFECT: high operational characteristics of building blocks, expansion of the range of raw material base due to mineral by-products of inorganic production.
