FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the construction materials industry and can be used for the construction products, materials moulding or manufacturing, as well as for the wall structures printing using construction 3D printer. Raw material mixture for construction 3D printing includes portland cement, sand, a superplasticiser, water, filler in the form of non-activated mineral powder from carbonate rock “МП-1”, Celopro ME40M cellulose ether based on hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a curing agent in the form of ground aluminium sulphate, wherein portland cement “ЦЕМ I 52.5H” is used as portland cement, quartz sand with fineness modulus of 2.0-2.5 mm and moisture content of up to 2% is used as sand, superplasticizer Polyplast “ПК СПК-3” based on polycarboxylate is used as superplasticizer at definite ratio of components.
EFFECT: high shape stability of 3D-printed layers from the crude mixture, high adhesion between layers of hardened composites from the crude mixture.
