SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of building materials, namely to technology of production of solid and wall blocks, sidewalk products, border stone. In method of manufacturing building products, which includes preparation of raw material mixture, containing liquid glass, milled sand and additive, formation of products and drying, where as additive applied is ethylsilicate, milling of sand to specific surface 4500-5500 cm²/g, its mixing with ethylsilicate are realised; obtained mixture is tempered with liquid glass with silicate module 3 and density 1.45-1.5 g/cm³, with formation being realised by pressing at 80-100 MPa, and drying - at temperature 80-100°C for 5-6 h, with the following component ratio, wt %: said sand 74-84, said liquid glass 13-25.5, ethylsilicate 0.5-3.

EFFECT: increase of mechanical durability and water resistance, improvement of formation properties of raw material mixture, reduction of power consumption of product manufacturing method.
