SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to agents for accelerating growth and development of plants. Composition for stimulating plant development contains 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BAP), vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and vegalan in the following proportions, g: 6-benzylaminopurine – 15-30, vitamin B1 – 15-30, vitamin B2 – 15-30, vitamin B3 – 15-30, vitamin B6 – 15-30, vitamin B12 – 15-30, vegalan – 1,000. In the method of making a composition for stimulating the development of plants, the vegalan is softened in a steam bath while heating it to 40-45 °C, 6-BAP is added to the softened vegalan and the obtained paste is stirred until 6-BAP is completely dissolved, then vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 are added to the obtained paste.

EFFECT: disclosed composition for stimulating plant development provides effective action for nucleation of new buds, awakening of dormant buds, growth of lateral shoot, stimulation of flowering and green mass of plants.
