SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a guiding device for guiding an impact head and a homogenizing valve comprising said guiding device. Invention is applicable in the food industry, in particular in the dairy industry, or in the chemical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry, as well as in industrial fields where homogenisation is a stage of the production process. Guide device (1) for guiding impact head (100) of the homogenizing valve, wherein said guide device (1) comprises: solid body (2) having cylindrical symmetry and having inner cavity (3) passing through solid body (2), wherein said inner cavity (3) is formed in accordance with axis of symmetry of solid body (2), wherein said solid body (2) has a plurality of passages (4), which are configured for fluid passage; sleeve (9) installed inside inner cavity (3) of solid body (2) to receive impact head (100).

EFFECT: creation of a guiding device for guiding the impact head, in which the impact head can be actuated in a more accurate and reliable manner, avoiding or at least reducing the risks of mechanical displacements; increased service life of impact head.
